Kristie is the co-founder of Maine Coast Pet Care and a steady, compassionate presence within the company.

From day one, she has helped build the foundation of trust and warmth that clients know and love.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Christy brings patience, attentiveness, and genuine care to every visit. She has a natural ability to make both pets and people feel comfortable. Whether she’s on a walk, an overnight stay, or simply spending quiet time with a shy pup or curious cat.

Kristie believes great pet care is about more than routines, it’s about calm connection.

Her calm energy and reliability are a huge part of what makes Maine Coast Pet Care feel like family.

Outside of work, she enjoys time at home with Leo and Emma, and enjoying all that Maine has to offer!

Jackie

Co-Founder & Director of Pet Care

Jackie is the co-founder and heart behind Maine Coast Pet Care. What began as a love for animals from a young age, and a desire to create freedom for her own life. She has grown into a trusted, relationship-driven company serving families across southern Maine.

With years of experience in service-based businesses and an instinct for connection, Jackie leads with both structure and heart. She sets the standard for care, communication, and reliability. Her missions is ensuring every client feels supported and every pet feels safe and loved.

For Jackie, this work is deeply personal. She understands that inviting someone into your home to care for your pets requires trust. That’s why she’s built Maine Coast Pet Care on integrity, consistency, and genuine connection.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with Emma, dreaming up new business ideas, or enjoying quiet coastal moments. 

Deb

Pack Leader & Pet Care Specialist 

Deb calls Kennebunk home, where she lives with her husband and stays close to her three grown sons. She’s happiest when she’s outdoors — whether that’s soaking up sunshine at the beach, skiing in the winter, or kayaking along the coast.

With four years of experience working in a veterinary office, Deb brings both hands-on knowledge and a calm, compassionate presence to every pet she cares for. Animals have always been a huge part of her life — she’s loved dogs, cats, parakeets, a bearded dragon, and even a chinchilla!

While she dearly misses her sweet pup, Tosh, she feels so grateful to pour that love into the Maine Coast Pet Care family and all the incredible pets we serve. Your fur babies will be in kind, capable hands with Deb!!

Emma

Director of HR

Meet Emma, our Head of HR; short for Hugs & Reassurance. She keeps morale high, tails wagging, and reminds the team that every problem can be solved with a cuddle and a treat. Emma takes her responsibilities seriously: daily walk audits, nap-time enforcement, and emotional support for all employees (both human and canine). Her motto? “Be kind, stay calm, and pet more dogs.”

Leo

Chief Chaos Coordinator

Leo is our resident orange cat with a PhD in Mayhem. From surprise zoomies to unauthorized desk inspections, he ensures there’s never a dull moment at Maine Coast Pet Care. When he’s not knocking things off tables, he’s overseeing operations from the highest shelf available. Leo believes in keeping the team on their paws.
